Listings should include an asking price, general location, accurate description, current photographs, known problems, and title or ownership status when applicable.

The Marketplace rules apply to every buyer, seller, trade, and listing. ATV West Virginia does not inspect items, verify users, process payments, guarantee transactions, or resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.
